Codes
The City of Warsaw has adopted the International Building Codes 2015 (IBC). This comprehensive building code establishes minimum regulations for building systems using prescriptive and performance-related provisions.
Standards & Procedures for Design & Construction
The American Public Works Association (APWA) standard specifications and design criteria of the Kansas City Metropolitan Chapter APWA as adopted and amended by the City of Warsaw are the established standards and procedures for construction of all public improvements including but not limited to streets, sewers, flood control, stormwater management, street lighting, landscaping and irrigation systems.
The following standards shall be referenced for design and construction of all improvements, as applicable.
